Kobo Heads to New Zealand with Family of eReaders

Posted by Kobo October  10, 2012

Kobo again demonstrates its commitment to empowering retail partners of any size to take advantage of the eReading wave. Today, Kobo announced that it is making itself the first-choice for New Zealand retail stores and booksellers and has established partnerships with Booksellers NZ and the Paper Plus Group.  We began selling our award-winning eReaders in New Zealand just two short years ago with Whitcoulls and have seen such tremendous success, that we’re now able to support nearly 300 local retailers in New Zealand.

The Kobo Family of eReaders which includes the Kobo Mini, Kobo Glo and Kobo Arc will be making their way to local stores this fall just in time for the holiday season. Customers will be able to access Kobo’s 3-millions eBooks, eReaders and free apps while taking comfort in the fact that they’re supporting their local stores and community.
