Kobo Touch and Desktop App Reset Process

While most of our customers are enjoying the new features and enhancements recently made to our Kobo Touch eReader and Desktop Applications, there are a small number of customers that have not had a seamless experience. In some cases the Kobo Touch eReader may have frozen during the update and others may have received an “oops” message.

The Kobo engineering team is solving the problem and we expect to have a full resolution shortly. In the meantime, we recommend that customers follow the instructions available here to quickly return to a great Kobo eReading experience.
