New Kobo Arc Amps Up Storage with 16GB, 32GB and 64GB Options

The new 7” Kobo Arc is getting bigger and better with more storage for consumers this November.  Kobo’s new Android 4.0 tablet will be offering 16GB, 32GB and 64GB options and is designed to give consumers around the world a new and unique tablet experience. The Kobo Arc lets people effortlessly browse and discover new music, eBooks, movies, websites and apps they love while the new options give people even more—more storage, more customization, and more choice. The powerful tablet is driven by a 1.5GHz dual-core processor to provide a highly responsive, long-lasting multimedia experience!

All that extra space makes for an even better Tapestries experience on the Kobo Arc— allowing users to “pin” content they love like webpages, news articles, eBooks, movies, or pictures. The intelligent recommendations engine then suggests additional content in the first-of-its-kind, Discovery Ribbon. The Kobo Arc is the only tablet that learns about the interests of its user, rather than tracking payment and browsing history, to suggest more relevant content they love.

Beyond the Tapestries interface which is designed to reflect the personal tastes of its user, consumers can also personalize their Kobo Arc experience through more eReading options, selecting from black or white models, as well as colourful SnapBacks in blue and purple.

Pre-orders will be available this fall in advance of its in-store availability this November. Follow us at @Kobo on Twitter for all the upcoming details.
