We were lucky enough to sit down with habits expert, Charles Duhigg, whose book The Power of Habit examines the neurological and psychological factors that make us do the things we do.… over and over and over again.
Check out this video to watch Charles discusses how some habits lead to other habits and that once these “keystones” are in place, they lead easily to other habits. So, running in the morning could eventually lead to eating better and become better at managing money. Charles believes that through identifying and understanding habit formation, you really can change your life for the better.
