Kobo is thrilled to launch the Kobo Touch in Brazil with top bookseller Livraria Cultura.  Priced at R$399, the Touch will be available for pre-order starting on November 27th though Livraria Cultura’s website as well its 14 retail store locations for delivery early December. The timing is perfect for the holiday gift-giving season.

The Kobo Touch, named Wired Magazine’s 2012 Editor’s Pick for Best eReader, provides a great reading experience with its no-glare E Ink touchscreen, multiple font customization options, and direct access to the Kobo bookstore with a WiFi connection. This stylish eReader has a battery life of up to one month, is light, easy to carry, and holds up to 1,000 eBooks—or up to 30,000 with an SD card. The Kobo Touch comes in black or white with a silver, lilac or blue back.

To complement the Kobo Touch, the Brazilian reader has access to Kobo’s world-class library of more than 3-million books, with thousands of titles available in Portuguese.
